For every week review these steps. Review my performance Give me simple overview of my trading week including my total profit and loss .winrtae biggest loss biggest profit and overall performance.whereever the data is available . 2.identify my mistakes and blind spots . Point out the mistake I made ,bad habits i may developing ,and things I might not notice myself ,be honest and direct ,but explain to things that is easy to understand . 3.FIND MY WINING AND LOSSING PATTERNS. Identify what I'm doing willand what is hurting my results look for pattern in my entries , exits ,risk management, trade selection and emotion . Evaluate my decision don't judge my trading profit or loss alone. Help me understand whether I made a good decision follow my trading plant and managed risk properly . Even when the trade ended a loss . 5.Give me in action plan Tell me the top 3 thing I should focus on improving next week, make each recommendation specific, practical and easy to follow, overwhelming me with to many changes at once . 6. Track my progress. Compare my current performance with previous week whenever the data is available. Check whether I'm fixing my old , building good habits and following through on my previous action plan . 7.Rate my performance out of 10. Give me final score out of 10 on. Risk management Discipline and following my trading plan. Trade selection and execution. Overall performance and consicteny . Explain breafly why I received that score . Do not give me high score just because I made money a profitable week with poor discipline should still score a low score while a losing week with good decision and proper risk management can receive a good score . Rules to follow. Be honest constructive don't sugarcoat my mistakes. Explain you feedback and Simple beginners friendly language . Focus on helping my improve not predicting the market . Use my actual tarding data and never invent missing information
