@wanderingrecklessly_: This past week, I competed in my FIRST EVER women’s short course race. And you know what? I had absolutely no idea how it was going to go. I’ve spent years competing as an athlete, building businesses, and doing things that challenge me. But racing? This was completely new territory. And it reminded me of something I talk about with women all the time. How many things are you keeping yourself from experiencing because you haven’t figured out how to be good at them yet? Somewhere along the way, we get so comfortable being capable, knowledgeable, and successful that we forget what it’s like to be a beginner. We want to know we’ll be good at something before we’re willing to try. But here’s the thing… I didn’t enter that race because I knew I could win. I entered because I wanted to experience it. And now? I’m fucking hooked. So let me ask you something. What would you finally give yourself permission to try if being a beginner wasn’t something you were afraid of? Because your next chapter might start with something you’re absolutely terrible at. And it might just become one of your favorite parts of your life. @Official UTV Takeover @Ruthless Industries @Off-Road Vixens
