Unfortunately that is going to be the worst leveling against the other casters classes to choose from! Late game and dungeon great but third on group healing classes! Best for raid buffs. I would rate them D tier because besides their buffs they are underrated compared to all other factions in the game! Now maybe blizzard will nerf these abilities but as far as bata not great!

Beta changes made Resto the least mana hungry spec. Enhance and Elemental still hog the mana if going for full dps. Water Shield, Mana Spring Totem, and Mana Tide totem made it impossible to go OoM while solo though group healing is still mana intensive and requires you to plan ahead and make use of your 5sec rule regen.
