I actually made my own promissory note, in 2011, if it is collected and opened by the receiver, it will be accepted, the best way is to hand it in, in person 👍

I got fined on the light Docklands railway years ago the 90s and I sent him an IOU know on the postage yellow stick it note and signed it with the letter they sent me and I've never heard back for him since😂😂😂
