$500 per month 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Including utilities. We can have pets no extra charge. We live in the middle of Ohio in the country. Our landlord is amazing! We are well below the average in our area. Husband has lived here longer then me and rent has never been raised.

I live in a boarding house. I pay $800/month. That includes all utilities and renters insurance. It's just me n the 2 cats I inherited when my parents passed. I work a lot. Don't need a big place. I have a bedroom, a living room & my own full bath. The kitchen and washer n dryer are shared. I don't use the kitchen. I have a lil "kitchen" set up in my living room. I have a lil fridge, microwave, crock pot, lil toaster/convection/air fryer, amd an electric skillet. I love it here.
