As an adhd ENTP, I have the vision and analytical/strategic mindset to ask the right questions and to produce the right solutions for complex problems… What I lacked was the minion (ai) to execute on my ideas. Now I can concoct and execute simultaneously. It’s a neurodivergent dream.

Obsessed with ai. Hyper curious. Addictive personality. Neurodivergent for sure. Comfortable with excessive trial and error. Build it, burn 98% down and rebuild. In the end, obsessive curiosity with an addictive way of being seems to be common with the guys I work with. Usually comfortable not knowing that 2-5 a.m. is not a common texting or calling time. They also hangout with 10 to 20 agents more than they do real humans.

I'm (ADHD) building like a mofo. I always have 3-5 projects going at a time, creating things I've always wanted or needed. Even as a software engineer of 30 years, AI has opened a while world of productivity for me

Why ai works with adhd. When you have adhd you get excited about xomplexity and problems because you dont have dopamine and everything is boring. Bxut the problem is that lack of dopamine means you cant finish anything. So yiu get excited to solve a problem or make things but if u dont finish it right away and get saratonin you run out of steam and it never gets finished. Once you hit fritctio you rub out of steam unless you have external drivers that push you through.

I’m a product designer, and I spend my entire day having in-depth conversations with AI about design. it’s then able to give me amazing and extensive design prompts (that almost read like mini-PRDs) that I then feed to AI prototyping tools. I then take that output back to my AI thinking partner, and we continue working through design stuff together, iterating, refining, etc. - I basically orchestrate the work between the AI Product Designer, and the AI prototyping tool, operating as the human-in-the-loop—steering the AI with my expertise on judgement, taste, direction, and design decision-making. I’m designing more than ever, but I haven’t manually touched Figma design in months! this workflow is awesome and I took to it naturally almost over night.
