I've said this multiple times this is why our government is supposed to work for the people and if they did we'd have laws stopping big business from harming the American public just so they can make a quick Buck through AI. there needs to be laws set in place that governs how big business uses AI and there needs to be severe penalties criminal penalties and financial penalties for businesses that try to harm the American public and our economy by their greed.

Realistically, AI is not the wonder innovation that a small percentage of the tech industry thinks it is. I don’t see AI fighting our fires, I don’t see AI directing expeditionary operations, I don’t see AI walking the dog or cooking dinner. At best, it’s a unique early stage technology that might have merit in a hundred years, but basically it’s just Microsoft Encarta at the moment!
