Honestly, I would've taken the deal with Bob. She's fae, so there'd need to be a bargain: the djinn would be called upon no more than so many times a year, in exchange for protection of the cell from any who'd abuse the power. But the last thing this series needs is another character, so Option D (for deposit box) is understandable.

Wish for the flashlight to be teleported to mercury. No one's going to be getting to it within the djinns sentence. (or for it to be put on a rocket and jettisoned into an escape velocity trajectory, space is big, it won't be found)
