@wattsonwatches: Some vintage Rolex dials only get better with age. This 1972 Oyster Perpetual Date 1500 has developed a beautiful taupe-grey ghosted finish, causing parts of the dial text to almost disappear as the light changes. Look closer and there’s another collector detail at six o’clock, the Sigma signature, indicating the use of white gold for the hands and markers. Original folded-link Oyster bracelet, double-punched papers and wonderful condition throughout. A lot of character packed into one vintage Rolex.
