@natalia.galleg0s: I tracked my sleep with my Oura Ring to see how much rest I was actually getting between shifts. Some nights were definitely better than others, but I’m slowly figuring out what works best for me when it comes to sleeping during the day. Any other night shift nurses track their sleep? That’s an amazing amount of sleep! I used to do that in my early 20s, but I don’t sleep like that anymore. I average about 6 hours between shifts. On my last day, I sleep 4-4.5, and I get up so I can sleep that night
