Abraham Salomon Chacon is wanted for Arson of a Habitation, a 1st Degree Felony, as well as Cruelty to Animals, Cruel Death of an Animal, a 3rd Degree Felony. Chacon’s ex in the case, who wished to remain anonymous, tells FOX 7, "I know it could have been worse if he had done this to my home.
