@japdmedia26: MCDONOUGH, GEORGIA, USA 🇺🇸 — A homeowner named Quesha Foster says she caught her neighbor using water from her outdoor faucet to spray a lawn, sparking a dispute that later brought police to the property. According to reports published October 28, 2026, Foster discovered a garden hose connected to her outdoor spigot. She followed the hose and found her neighbor using the water in the neighboring yard. In her October 24 TikTok video, Foster wrote: “I caught my neighbor helping herself to my water like we split the water bill!” During the confrontation, Foster warned that she would contact police and the homeowners’ association. “You’re on camera, and I’m calling the police, and I’m talking to the homeowners’ association cause that’s theft,” Foster said. “This is absolutely unacceptable. Cause I called about you being on my property before, and somebody tried to give me attitude…” she added. Foster also said she had owned her home for eight years and suspected the water use might have happened before. A follow-up video reportedly showed a police officer speaking with the neighbor. Foster later claimed that police charged the woman with criminal trespassing and prohibited her from entering the property. However, that specific charge has not been independently confirmed through an official police or court record. Foster also said she contacted her HOA and water company to investigate how long the alleged unauthorized water use had been occurring. The story has attracted attention online, with one commenter writing, “Oooh, the nerve!! I’m pissed off for her!!” Another added, “Ma’am, you bout to pay my water bill for a year!!!” The incident raises questions about property boundaries, unauthorized utility use and the importance of verifying claims about legal action. 📌 The reported police response is not the same as a confirmed conviction. Further official records would be needed to establish the final legal outcome. Follow JAPD for more news updates. #QueshaFoster #McDonoughGA #GeorgiaUSA #NeighborDrama #japd
