Artetas reaction was wrong but in what world is kicking out toward an opponent while theyre on the floor not a red card. Professionals should be held to a higher standard and shouldnt be kicking out. If my surgeon kicked me because i hit his scalpel out his hand hed lose his job. It's no different. 16 or not you're still a professional and should be held to a higher standard
