It's a scientific fact that it gets colder every day. Therefore, maybe the search for and research of other planets is/has been contemplated wrong, headed in a opposite direction, one contrary to habitable. It's all been based on how hot the Sun is, why the planets we know of are inhabitable due to it, and its heat.

I was an ICU nurse and I saw many at the end of life. Even when they were no longer conscious and ventilator dependent, I witnessed the body trying to compensate and survive. It was truly a remarkable experience to witness death. I was honored by every one. I’ve always been so astonished by how hard the body can fight to remain. Long after their “use,” there remains a force that tries to continue. Death is weird.

No. I think reproduction is more so just a genetic survival mechanism. As the body realizes it is trending towards and eventual death it begins to undergo puberty in order to reproduce. Human has potential for theoretical immortality.
