Watch what the label says: Expiry Date, Best By, or Best Before. Some dates are Government enforced, but Best Before doesn't mean it's expired. Depending on the product, it could be still fine for weeks after. Milk in India is boiled twice a day to keep it fresh. Many Indian households have no fridge, even in the warmer South Indian Regions. People say that they don't need it. ❤️
