Love the analysis!! While ctrl will always be one of my favorite works of art of alllll time, SOS has grown on me. SOS gives me a new set of emotions to explore. Tones of revenge, self doubt, but also finding yourself just brings an evolution!!! But don’t even get me started on Lana tho!

I honestly didn’t start listening to SZA until SOS came out and it just happened that it was my breakup album. I had just got out of my relationship and when I say it served, its purpose I fell in love. Seek n destroy being one of my favorite songs, her vocal ability is not talked about enough in that song. “ The purge so necessary.” Ouuuu the message in this song runs deep. Especially after I had to be the one to break it up in my second relationship. And let’s not forget her rap song smoking on my ex pack.😝
