My son is 8 & has Autism, he would be described as a sen-betweener. He wants to be a fighter jet mechanic, rules state he won't likely get in to the RAF, but he could 100% go down the apprenticeship route with BEA for example. He's got the smarts, just needs to be doing.

I’ve just been accepted by the QIO by my local council to take my son out of school and home educate him. I work part time and can do this. We do the basic ‘maths and English’ home schooling. But he’s a very hands on boy, he is 13 drives tractors, we have chickens and he looks after them and sells the eggs and he’s started his own business selling kindling and sells it to a local company to sell to customers.
