@paulcbrunson: “I'm here.” When I asked Megan what she was most proud of after everything she'd survived, those were her words. As a father, her story has stayed with me. While fighting for her life, Megan was thinking about her children and doing everything she could to protect them. I can't imagine what she went through, but I understand that instinct to protect your children, even in the most frightening circumstances. I'm grateful Megan is here to share her story.
