@fatima_hennaartist: Apparently, my AI-edited henna inspiration pictures put other henna artists at a disadvantage. But have we ever considered the other side? 🤔 I’ve been drawing henna for 26 years, and I see these pictures as an opportunity to help more people discover and fall in love with henna. Someone who never considered getting henna might see a design, become inspired and take it to their local henna artist. I’m not even taking clients at the moment, so I see the potential for more interest, more demand and more opportunities for artists to showcase their own skills. Of course, not every AI image can be recreated exactly, but an artist can adapt the design and create something beautiful in their own way. We don’t all have to agree on AI, but sometimes looking at things from a different perspective helps us see opportunities instead of threats. Someone else’s work doesn’t automatically take away from your talent or your ability to grow. Alhamdulillah, there’s room for all of us to learn, grow and succeed. May Allah bless our talents, increase our halal rizq and keep our hearts free from envy. Ameen. 🤍 But I want to ask you, as a henna artist, do you genuinely feel that my AI-edited inspiration pictures put you at a disadvantage, or could they actually help create more interest and opportunities for henna artists? I’d love to hear your perspective. 👇🏽
