That's just a person telling the truth.. Corporations from the city are buying up all of the rental properties.. AKA absentee land lords that gives a rats ass what happens to the properties as long at they get that government check in the mail.. It started in the early 90s They went as far as going door to door offering cash for cheap grabs.. The Person is speaking FACTS! I left Troy the place I called home for 50 years because what these Destroyed the city.. Some times you need to listen to the people you think is crazy because they will tell you the truth..
