Supporting small businesses is something I’m genuinely passionate about. But I’m also not going to sit here and pretend I don’t shop at Amazon, Walmart, or Target. I do. I don’t agree with everything these corporations do, but convenience is a reality of my life, and I’m not going to pretend otherwise. And when I share a business, product, or experience, it’s because I genuinely believe in it. Not because someone paid me to say something nice. Maybe one day I’ll have paid partnerships, and that’s great! But my opinions will never be for sale. I’m not trying to be perfect. I’m trying to be authentic. You won’t always agree with me. You might not even like what I have to say. But you’ll always know I’m telling you what I actually think.
