@jaredpaxton: Rare Fireball: Last night at 9:46 pm on October 27th, 2026, while taking photos of the landscape and hills under moonlight, I accidentally captured what is being called a rare fireball. This was taken in Frewsburg in Western New York. Many news sources are releasing information about this event. It was visible in the sky at least 25 seconds from my location. This scene is in the Allegheny Plateau, Foothills of the Allegheny Mountains in the South Valley State Forest near Frewsburg, Chautauqua County, New York.
