Wrote a motion a few weeks ago and decided to test Claude in adding a table of contents/authorities and it actually caught a couple of miscites on my end that I never would have caught on my own. And the table of contents was almost flawless (Claude didn't know what to do with "matter of..." cases). It's crazy how irresponsible people can be with AI when it's such a useful and easy to use tool. That said: this lawyer deserves what's coming for not even bothering to respond to the order.

Imagine how stupid they are to generate a document and simply not read it. I’ve met a lot of attorney’s from Ivy League law schools “the parties were great” That’s who the top of the market are… so the issues with Ai being them being simply lazy is not surprising.
