It’s been 12 years and I still regret the puddle of stress and anxiety. I let unemployment put me in. Treat your unemployment like a job clock in and out when applying for jobs. Still work out, still go for a walk, still visit with friends, read as many books as you can, read TV and have lazy days without guilt. Use that time and freedom it is a gift.
