I believe the 5 circuit is going against the union interest because it is a republic representing the 50 states. For example, in 1822 California was owned by Mexico were my great grandparents were born being called Mexico. Later in on October 1866 my great grandfather was born on his birth certificate he is labeled as White American citizen with Mexican descent parents a native of California, he married in Los Angeles CA on February 3,1893, my grandmother who was his daughter was born in Los Angeles on July 26,1897 was labeled as Native American White, clear eyes and red hair. A Los Angeles citizen.😏 When she married my Tijuanense grandfather he had a privilege boarding passing. My father born in Tijuana on April 4, 1920 would cross the border with a boarding pass until 1952 when the immigration law gave women the right to have their offspring derivative citizenship to her children. That’s how my father cross the boarder saying he was a US citizen. Case dismissed in the name of Saint Expedite and for the wealth of the statehood!
