this makes me so sad. I don't think anyone knows what anyone expects from them or what others think they want. I know it is so so soooooooo easy to get caught up in the internal world these days. I barely leave my house so I am can definitely let my mind and imagination run wild. isolation does strange things to your system I reckon. but I make sure you remember that sometimes when we are walking around and thoughts run through our minds we sometimes are correlating and condensing and making connections that help our brain piece things together (if youre a "thinking" type. and I am) but might not actually be real. I once told someone I had reconnected with after a bit of "life got in the way" that I had missed them and thought about them during that time and they responded "it didn't feel like you did". and that stuck in my mind and after some time of having it sort of pop int9 my head here and there i really tho I ght about and the reason it stuck so much is because that it was actually hurtful because while I was missing g them they were thinking about me as someone who didnt even care at all and that was really incongruent with the person they had spent so much time with. so I guess they never really appreciated or noticed who I was 😌
