no I literally graduated into a series of further abusive relationships but I legitimately recognized them quicker. Narcissists can smell trauma and it makes us easier to control/manipulate. I finally have a healthy relationship

Listen...... My childhood was packed with ALL the abuses. I spent 11 years abused by my ex. Then my husband came along. He was calm. He was easy going. He was fun. He was obsessed with me........ Maybe a bit too obsessed.... Now we're married, now he's a bit too obsessed with video games.. Now our daughter is here, we have a house now & I'm drowning trying to keep it all together. Now I'm asking for help, but he's playing his game, so he tells me to stop being so lazy & go do my job. Why do I really need a break?? (I had 2 Vestibular conditions & regular vertigo attacks that resulted in ear surgery). Fast forward, our girl is almost 9, & I've been done for 3 years, but...... Lawyer told me I can't afford to get divorced. Can't buy him out of the house. Don't want to take our girl from her home & IEP team. So we essentially live different lives. There's no physical abuse, so........ I let him exist & pretend he's a bored teenage roommate... & don't let his narcissistic, DA tendencies bother me too much.
