Apartments use to be set up like that back in the day, until president Reagan changed the law saying that apartments couldn’t discriminate against families to live in them..trust there use to be just for singles but now it’s combined

I’m so lucky! My building has parents with part time kids. Otherwise everyone is pretty much 21+
