@tommythesoccerdog: Welcome back to Tommy VS kittens! We made slow progress but hey - it’s progress. Tommy is ready but the kittens not quite yet. And of course I don’t want to force them to their luck, I want to create a very strong bond between them so I let the kittens decide the pace. So what happened today? The kittens were very curious and didn’t go into skunk mode at all. No hissing, just curiosity! This is exactly what we want. Catnap is a little braver than Hoppy Hopscotch but even Hoppy went to investigate. I think they figured out that they’re safe behind the gate (psssst don’t tell them that Tommy could EASILY jump it or bust through) but they still have to get used to the new smells aka Tommy and Tucker who is a natural cat whisperer. He just joined to get free treats but that’s okay. The best thing for myself today: Catnap greeted me this morning and came for pets! So it might seem like just a little progress but it’s a HUUGE one for the kitties! #germanshepherd #germanshepherdsoftiktok #gsdoftiktok #gsdoftiktok #dogandcat
