I can relate to that 2nd comment read, word for word exactly. It’s an outrage. They sit around, hide their mobile phones on them, go into residents bathrooms to use their phones, while I carry the shift, I get all of the documentation done on my own, work my a*s off and not allowed to pick up extra shifts or especially public holidays as they’re all favoured and first in line. I’m burnt out, exhausted and take this stress home every shift. It’s so unfair. What has this country become? I’m so disillusioned……..
