Mine didn’t shave any. They gelled it and secured sterile towels. The second one I had, I woke up to freshly washed hair. It was such a relief.

My surgeon promised he practices braiding his daughters hair so that he can braid his patients’ hair if they have to shave it 🫶🏻

I had brain surgery and I got lucky and only had a strip down the middle. Shockingly it grew back thicker in that area.

My undercut last month 😭 my hair is waist length 😭 also not one single person helped me wash brush my teeth or sort my hair for 4 days post op it was matted 😭

I think you are a rare breed that would take the extra time to wash their hair . It’s such a small thing that would make all the difference. I always feel better when my hair is clean

I have short things hair. The doctor that took my kidney out, fixed my "bed head" . Why, because it takes five minutes to be kind. His words. he also dang to me on the way to OR. some days now it feels.like.the good ones are few and far between.
