Sorry but workload is not equal. Night shift has its challenges but workload tends to be generally heavier on days.

A tie… oh honey. I’m Nursing homes night shift is so easy, the day shifts have 10 showers per aid and ofc nights get 1-2. I’ve worked both and night is so easy.

At my hospital day shift is at a 4-7 patient load where night shift is at a 6-7 patient load.

Ok but is the workload really the same on nights vs days? I feel like days are busier, esp when there’s surgeries, family, phone calls, correction insulin, more discharges, etc 😩😩
