Meeting Father Christmas might be the reason you’re going, but it’s everything around that experience that I’d look at first. Here’s what I’d check before booking after someone that has spent hours this year trying to do it all separate and decided on a package ❄️ The setting… Are you staying somewhere that gives you a real taste of Lapland or somewhere primarily designed around commercial Christmas attractions? 🐾 The experiences….Are huskies, reindeer and other Arctic adventures included or will you be booking and paying for them separately? 🧣 The essentials….. What about thermal suits, boots, gloves, transfers and meals? Those little extras can soon add up. 🌲 The pace……Are you joining large groups and rushing between activities or is there time to actually enjoy where you are? 🏡 The accommodation…….Where will you be staying, and what will the experience feel like beyond the excursions? That’s what drew us to @laplandfamille We’ve booked a traditional and authentic stay at Torassieppi, with smaller groups, authentic Arctic experiences and so much of the holiday already taken care of. We’re heading there in November and I can’t wait to share what it’s actually like with three children. 🤎 Save this and don’t forget to follow along if Lapland is on your family bucket list Discounted stay * #LaplandWithKids #LaplandPlanning #LaplandHoliday #FamilyTravelTips #FinnishLapland

11 weeks in and we were running the house like a very tired small business. The green light on that monitor became our whole relationship. One non-baby question broke the spell.
