I have been on Health and care worker visa with Soc code 6135 since June 2023 , if I change to 6131 or any other Soc code under the health and care worker visa , will I still be able to sponsor my dependents who are not yet in the country ?

Please about the new rule. When I got my cos for health and care. My salary was less than 22000, later on it got to 25000 and has been way over that ever since. Will I qualify when it’s time for ILR
