We could have 50 lanes and it would still be traffic because 90% the drivers can’t drive . They can start a car and make it go but cannot drive!!! Why ??🤔 Oh crap driver education…🤔why?????Oh because the shear amount of revenue the state takes in , from traffic violations. Astronomical. If people could actually drive you would never see slow or stopped traffic on interstates and express ways . Violation and tickets would be unheard of. Let’s just start with not being right up on the car in front of you. Start there the road is almost endless keep 2-3 cars between you minimum and everyone can change lanes no problem. Slow stay to the right . If you are not doing minimum 5-10mph over stay tf out of the left lane. Consider the fact you are no more important than a grain of sand so humble yourself and gtfotw . Your in the way …gtfotw b move!!!!

If they just combined the regular & express lanes, there wouldn’t be as much of a capacity issue on 66 to begin with. Perfect example of creating a problem, then charging $80 for the solution.
