@crazykoreancooking: We made bibim mandu (spicy dumpling salad) for our baseball game night. It’s one of our favorite ways to enjoy dumplings. To make it, pan-fry your favorite @bibigo.global  dumplings in generous amount of oil so they are nicely browned and crispy, and cooked through. Then, mix with your favorite veggies but the best tasting combo is lettuce, cabbage, cucumber, perilla leaves, carrots, onions, sliced garlic, sliced chili peppers and crumbled seaweed snacks. If you can’t source perilla leaves, use cilantro. For the dressing, mix in very generous amount of bibigo gochujang, vinegar, bibigo sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
