This happened at my elementary school in 2015 same month too oddly the school failed to save her didnt give her emergency care!!! Her name was Noelia .

my best friends have saved me whole I choked at school. they understood I was in distress, could not speak and chose to attempt to help me. I will always be grateful to them despite how young we all were. this poor baby was let down SEVERELY

wtf does it matter what she is choking on? A child is in distress . Why is it taking so long who did it take until this child was blue? This story is absolutely horrific and everyone involved failed this poor child

Why does this all sound like a cover-up from the school all the way up to the Texas Rangers? The school and every personnel involved in this needs to be held accountable. Somebody needs to go to jail.
