Not worth it. My doctor says my BMI is fine. Just be conscious about what I consume and how much I move. Don’t wanna look perfect. Just wanna not fall on the obese line. And my boobs are fantastic

Even as a man who’s 5’4 it’s tough as fuck lol all these dudes talking about “I eat 3000 calories on deficit” and I’m like, if I eat 3000 cals I’ll look like a meatball

I’m 411 as well and if someone has to do 10,000 steps a day, I have to do 20,000 steps. If someone has to eat a lot of calories I have to eat a lot less calories with a high protein. But it’s doable 😭🙌

Our TDEE is different than taller people, but what else is the issue?

Go for a walk for at least 20 minutes a day! I lost 100 pounds in 2 years. I also changed my diet. I started reading the ingredients in the back of the food that we buy and if it’s a whole paragraph long, I don’t buy it of course now I’m better at knowing what’s good and what’s bad that makes your body inflamed

This has been such a hard year. I've been consistent in my weight loss journey since Dec of last year. I've only lost 30 pounds and I'm only 25 pounds away from my goal of 140. Its coming off so incredibly slow 😭

It’s hard!! I’m 5’2” and have gone from 201lbs - 121lbs but it’s taken over a year. So many times I’ve gone weeks seeing little difference and just had to keep sticking to it to eventually notice progress again even though the plateaus are discouraging
