@darias_dress: A 2-star review because someone didn’t read the product description. Seriously? As a small business owner and sewing pattern designer, I put countless hours into creating, testing, filming, and writing my tutorials. I understand that everyone has different expectations. But when you purchase something online, isn’t it your responsibility to read what you’re buying? My BOWIE diaper bag tutorial includes detailed written instructions, measurements, and a full video tutorial. Since the pieces are simple rectangles, there’s no need to waste paper and ink printing them out. I’m always happy to answer questions or help customers who reach out. But receiving a negative review without even having the opportunity to help is frustrating. A review might take someone 30 seconds to write, but it can have a lasting impact on a small handmade business. I’m genuinely curious: as a customer or a creator, what do you think? #SmallBusinessOwner #SewingCommunity #EtsySeller #HandmadeBusiness #stitchedbydaria

if its any consolation i disregard any reviews that are that silly. if the description says what it is and they're mad its not what they thought, thats on them.

I feel like as long as there’s a tutorial I don’t even feel like I need to buy a pattern. I just need a blue print in vid with a mini how to 😁😁❤️love this cute bag looks like a great baby shower gift ❤️

I understand that there is a lot of work involved in creating patterns but once that work is done, you're basically just sending out an attachment. Personally I feel most PDF patterns are priced too high. Many of us don't have printers so we would pay for the PDF pattern and then pay more to have an office store print them off for us. It ends up being way more expensive than just buying a real pattern. No diss to your craft. I'm just sharing the other point of view.

people are lazy and ignorant. this day in age has made everyone a keyboard warrior who thinks they are right about everything. it drives me nuts.

The way I tend to shop is to read only the negative reviews. Don’t let that scare you—I assume everyone is effing dumb and the only time I even take notice is if it seems to be a common complaint; even then it’s not a deal breaker unless it’s something that can’t be easily remedied (I’m not worried about “this runs small”-type complaints, it just lets me know to size up. But “the pattern was AI and made something entirely different than advertised”—THAT would be an unfixable problem).
