@postureguy: 🚨 NECK HUMP? THE PROBLEM MIGHT NOT BE WHERE YOU THINK! 👀 A neck hump isn’t always just fat at the base of your neck. A rounded upper back and forward head posture can contribute to that hunched appearance. One area people often overlook? Your mid-back! Try this simple Cobra Pose to help restore extension through your mid-back, open your chest, and improve spinal mobility and posture. ✅ HOW TO DO IT: 1️⃣ Lie on your stomach and prop yourself up on your elbows, making fists with your hands. 2️⃣ Gently lift your chest while keeping your hips and lower body relaxed. 3️⃣ Slide your shoulder blades down and away from your ears. 4️⃣ Keep your neck relaxed, breathe slowly, and hold for 1–2 minutes, or as long as comfortable. 💡 Don’t force the position or overextend your lower back.
