@ghhu4991: Medina (Munawara) is a very important holy city for Muslims. Here are the best places to visit: 🕌 Must-Visit Religious Sites: • Al-Masjid an-Nabawi: The Prophet's Mosque ﷺ – the heart of Medina (including Rawdah, the Prophet's tomb ﷺ). • Rawdah ash-Sharifah: One of the most blessed places (reservation via the Nusuk application). • Masjid Quba: The first mosque in Islam – praying here gives the reward of an 'Umrah. • Masjid al-Qiblatayn: Mosque of the Two Qiblas (where the prayer direction changed). • Masjid al-Jumu'ah: Site of the Prophet's ﷺ first Friday prayer. 🏔️ Historical Sites: • Jabal Uhud: Mountain of the Battle of Uhud and resting place of the martyrs. • Al-Baqi' Cemetery: Many of the Prophet's ﷺ companions are buried here. • The Seven Mosques (Masajid Sab'a): Sites related to the Battle of the Trench (Khandaq). 🛍️ Other Places: • Medina Date Market: To buy Ajwa and other dates. • Medina Museum: To better understand the city's Islamic history. If you wish, I can also suggest a 1, 2, or 3-day visit program in Medina. Want to capture the awe of Masjid Al Nabawi in your next video? Here's how to film it right: ✨ Focus on the tranquil, grand feeling of the Prophet's Mosque. Keep your shots smooth and focused. 🎥 Viral clips use slow pans over the architecture and lighting to show reverence and draw viewers in instantly. 🕌 Film close-ups of the beautiful arches or green domes, using soft, uplifting background music for mood. 🌟 Show a wide, clear view of the main prayer hall—that moment of quiet beauty is the peak! What's your favorite part of this holy place?

Every nap, minute 31: the monitor lights up, he's rolling, eyes half open, one little cry. and i'd freeze on the couch doing exactly what every blog told me. don't go in. give him a minute. my husband whispering "don't go in" next to me like we were defusing something. He’d be fully up by minute 33. every time. Turns out a baby's sleep cycle is about 45 minutes. At the end of it they half wake up, every baby, every time. whether it turns into a real wake-up depends on what's there in the next 30 seconds. and by the time i saw him stir on the monitor, that moment was already gone….anything i did at 31 was a wake-up. The help and assistance had to be there BEFORE he stirred. So i did the opposite of "don't go in." what we did (3 days): → go in at minute 25, before he moves. room dark. no talking, no eye contact. → hand flat on his chest. still. don't pat, don't rock. → when he stirs: keep the hand there, soft "shh," until his breathing slows down again. then 2 more minutes. leave. → don't pick him up. if he fully wakes and cries hard for 5 minutes, that nap's over. no rescue-rocking. then you stop going in: → day 4–5: hand hovers over him. only touch if he stirs. → day 6: don't go in. he's practiced sliding through with help. now he does it alone. day 2 he did 50 minutes with my hand on him. day 7 he did 55 without me in the room. i stood in the hallway and cried a little. Not for you if: he wakes up HAPPY at 30 minutes (that nap was enough for him), or he's under 5 months. Send this to whoever keeps saying "don't go in." Comment 25 + your baby's age and i'll send a 14-day free trial of cocoo. after 3 logged naps it shows you his wake minute, so "go in at 25" is his number, not a guess. link in bio. #30minutenaps #shortnaps #babynaps #babysleep #naptime
