My parents payed abt the same price for proper custom made wooden Christmas Eve boxes for me and my sisters (they had little locks etc so if we had chocolate or something we could leave them in there to keep them safe and lock them in and there was no risks of the lid coming off)

when i was younger my dad would put matching pjs with my siblings hot chocolate powder chocolate coins slippers either a dvd or a book we really liked colouring books and pens and for the girls he would put pretend makeup 🥹 and for the boys he’d put something theyd like either gaming minecraft fortnight something to do with that

you know stockings? that are put at the end of beds or in the front room, it's the same concept. usually sits under the tree n ur suppose to buy stuff to put in it like with stockings
