Washer and dryer in closet sounds great in theory but I worry about carpet and humidity long term

Idk about yall but a washer and dryer in the closet sounds amazing. And seems like it’s faster putting up ur clothes

idk if this is considered a hot take or not but i feel like the dryer and washer shouldn’t be anywhere but in the damn closet (obv if your closet is big enough) but i just feel like that’ll make things soooo much easier this is the dream closet for sure

Washer and dryer would only go in my closet if there’s a second laundry for the rest of the family. We decided against a model we loved with it because I didn’t want the kids needing to go through my room or into my closet to wash their clothes. My closet is the LAST place they should be for their emotional well being 😂

Also like where does all your soap and stuff go. Idk I know it makes sense in theory but I leave clean laundry and cleaning supplies my iron like my laundry room holds so much stuff. This closet isn’t big enough for my clothes and all that stuff separated lmfao
