@coach4council: What should the future of Simi Valley look like? At a recent community event, residents and I had a conversation about the Simi Valley Town Center, local businesses, housing, and activities for young people. We discussed opportunities to: 🏬 Reimagine underused commercial spaces. 🏈 Create more recreational and entertainment options for families. 💼 Attract career-focused employers, including aerospace and healthcare-related industries. 🏡 Explore housing options for young adults and first-time buyers.
