Butte falls is an unincorporated old logging town. Theres literally a small store a high school elementary school a diner and a church. And 1 gas station. Oben-chain is how you say it

I lived in Butte falls when this happened. Even went to grandma Blanches with my youth group to help her clean up things around her house. I remember her taking her granddaughter to church every Sunday. There where many stories about who took her life! So sad.

I dont remember even hearing about this case. I would say that other news events that year probably cloud my memory, but the local news could have done a better job keeping this case on the radar.

I knew Blanche, 5 generations of my family have been residents of butte falls, Blanche was a beautiful human being. this was a tragedy.
