@ellaella030: Not a single cent! Australian politicians deal #MeghanMarkle a brutal blow just hours after her TV comeback. The excitement over her major television return was shattered in less than 24 hours! 🇦🇺 Just a day after announcing her co-hosting role on Junior #MasterChef #Australia, Meghan Markle has suffered a massive political setback down under. Both the ruling Labor government and the opposition party in Victoria have officially ruled out spending any taxpayer money on her personal security team during her weeks of filming in #Melbourne. Opposition leaders declared they wouldn't spend ""a single cent,"" insisting production companies pay for private security rather than billing Australian taxpayers. With security being one of the Sussexes' biggest concerns, could this political refusal throw her major TV deal into total chaos?

They have the money to pay for their own security, no?

Willowxxxx :

They definitely 💯 should get nothing

Dixie'smum :

Why would they expect the Australian government to pay for their security? They're not working royals and they haven't got IPP status. They either pay for their own security or the production company does.
