It would be awesome if you could get the patio built so they could still have some outdoor time since they are so used to being outside. I know you mentioned it’s going to start getting cold, but it seems the weather is still mild enough that they might enjoy being able to have indoor and outdoor time and hopefully since it appears you have quite a bit of outdoor space you can make it large enough for them to still be able to jump and run around
