Fun fact, my grandpa actually came from Fuzhou, and this is also a relatively common street food in Singapore which I grew up eating. I’ll say this one actually has more filling than the ones I have in Singapore 😂 Uncle is SO generous with the vegetables and meat. It’s also nicknamed “UFO” due to the shape. It’s a super JUICY pancake stuffed with lots of ingredients, covered by a thin crispy layer of batter. SO happy to see this in nyc!
