from a moral standpoint they suck, from a logistical view I get it, not only compromising 6 members of the white lotus, but considering the white lotus are a hidden organization, it would also cause problems for the rest of the white lotus in other havens if they were discovered.

Besides being outnumbered, I don’t think of her as a person, just as an avatar. Karthik was the only one pushing her to have a childhood and a home and actually caring that she’s 9. The others were just focused on her training and how she failed 3 times, ignoring the fact that she a child, hasn’t even been training that long, and has to do all this is secret.

The white lotus we met actually knew aang. They later coddled Korra & their egos are stopping Nisha from having any real development. Except for the fire person… who seemed genuinely kind. Nisha does need better training. Pavi has had no formal training but is clearly better than her at bending elements. Pavi most likely has pacifist tendencies meanwhile Nisha thinks a lot like Korra & will kill tf out a body if need be.
