I used to let it come to room temp. Now I just do it straight from the fridge. Never had it hurt.

If you’re referring to the vial then straight from the fridge and put it right back in the fridge to avoid temperature fluctuations. If you’re referring to the noodle, then I usually let it sit for a couple of minutes.
